Horse Bio
We call him Scotch. He’s one we have really enjoyed riding. He’s one that will ride quiet, ride honest as the day is long, he’s gentle and been through our program and passes with flying colors. He’s great in the arena, was shown a little in reined cowhorse, watches a cow, he’s been sorted on, worked the ranch, rides on the mountain. He knows all the maneuvers a reining horse should know, he’s good leaded, good stop, nice turn around. He rides soft and easy and looks good doing it. He would look good carrying a flag, getting finished out as a rope horse or continue going to weekend shows and ranch versatility. We like him cause he’s just easy to ride and will ride for anyone. He’s had green riders sort on and will take care of his riders every time. Scotch is good outside on the mountain- great on trails, you can point him and go, he’ll bush wack with the best of them. Crosses water, down fall, steep terrain, he’ll watch his feet and take his time when he needs to. He’s had beginners to experienced ride him outside and he rides quiet and easy. He’s been packed, shot around and won’t get worked up about new things. He’s one when you know you’ve got to grab and go in a pinch he’ll stay level headed and do it right. He’s an easy keeper, put him with any group and he’ll get along, he’s been stalled and won’t get hot if he’s not rode every day. He’s good to shoe, got great feet. He washes, clips and hauls to new places great. FMI or to come take a look call Joe at 1-801-361-6772.
