About HVHS
Brent and Mary Kelly are well-known names in the auction industry, particularly for their work in starting and running Utah Livestock Auction and then Heber Valley Horse Sales. Both Brent and Mary have been involved with horses for most of their lives, starting as young kids working with horses and learning the ins and outs of them.
In the early 2000s, the Kelly’s decided to take their passion for horse sales to the next level and founded the Heber Valley Horse Sales. The company quickly gained a reputation as a premier destination for buying and selling quality horses.
Over the years, the Heber Valley Horse Sales has grown and expanded, and today it is one of the most respected and successful horse sales companies in the industry.
Meet the HVHS Team
Van and Missy Kelly
Van and Missy Kelly have been involved in the western way of life for their whole lives. Van grew up in Midway, Utah on the family farm. He is an avid auctioneer and recently retired funny man from the rodeo world.
Missy grew up working on many different church farms throughout the United States. She loves supporting her boys as they pursue rodeo and being in the outdoors.
Van and Missy were part of the original HVHS team. They took a short break and now are back for more fun. It is going to be a great year.
Todd and Kaci Kelly
Todd and Kaci Kelly are part of the original HVHS family. Todd grew up in Midway, Utah having a love for auctioneering, rodeo announcing, bucking stock and most recently football.
Kaci grew up in Lehi, Utah. She is extremely familiar with horses and rodeo, as she grew up on horseback for a lot of her childhood. She has an eye quality horses.
Todd and Kaci work hard to ensure HVHS is a success and they are proud to be partners in this business.
Rowdy and Hayley DeJong
Rowdy and Hayley DeJong are the most recent addition to the HVHS team.
Rowdy grew up on a small farm in Farmington, Utah. He grew up riding horses, rodeoing and playing sports.
Hayley has worked in the auction business for the greater part of 20 years. She grew up sitting next to the auctioneer, clerking for Utah Livestock Auction.
Rowdy and Hayley enjoy working together with family to ensure a great event in the Spring.
