Denim is a 4 year old AQHA Buttermilk Buckskin Gelding that is as beautiful as they come. Denim has a sweet and friendly personality making him easy to catch and be around. He is well made has good bone and is easy on the eyes. Denim is light in your hands and soft and supple throughout his body. Denim has so many good qualities and gets better every time we swing a leg over him. He loves attention, and is easy to ride. If you know the basics you can get along with him. Denim is trained to come to a mounting block for easy mounting and dismounting. This gelding is no stranger to a days work and has been rode out on the trails, desert around the ranch and in the arena. Not only is Denim nice to watch in the arena but he knows how to maneuver his way around rocks, logs, brush, and other obstacles, and does it with ease. He is sure footed and careful when placing his feet. Denim picks up his leads, turns around nice, has a good stop to him and lopes nice circles on a loose rein. We have tracked the dummy with him and he is picking it up and wants to put you there. He would make a nice roping prospect, take him to events, do mounted shooting, use him on the ranch, or taking him up the trails you can’t go wrong. Denim is a gentleman to be around, has good manners on the ground and in the saddle. Denim is no stranger to obstacle courses, whips, tarps, noodles, plastic bags, ropes, dogs etc… Denim handles them all calmly and with ease. We have had different riders on him and he handles them all with care. Denim has a great mind on him has and has been very trainable. We have enjoyed having him in our program. He will be one that anyone you put on him will be able to ride. Denim has so many good years left to give and has the foundation to excel in any discipline you choose. He is good with his feet, trailers and hauls. Denim is patient and kind and will be a great asset to anyones operation or family.
