Trigger is a 4-year-old Welsh Cob palomino pony and stands 13.2 hands high. The Welsh Cob pony is known for their dynamic personality. They are smart, willing, lively, curious, present, active, and loyal, and they enjoy people. They are also described as strong, hardy, and active. Trigger exhibits all of these qualities. I purchased Trigger as a yearling and spent my first year with him on ground work and manners. I started Trigger under saddle at age two. I have been training him using horsemanship principles I learned from Buck Brannaman training videos. I am a senior at Wasatch High School and will be graduating in May. I started riding horses when I was 8 years old. Trigger is the first pony that I have trained myself. I love riding him and learning new skills with him. I am selling Trigger to earn money for college, where I will be studying business and animal science to one day have a horse training business of my own. Trigger has a solid foundation and is ready to be finished however you want him. He carries tarps, flags, and slickers without any problem. He crosses bridges, poles, and water with ease and would be a great eventing pony. He is also great at trail riding and 4-H. I have competed with him in two-hand 4-H, and we are the current county 4-H two-hand champions. He walks out, has a strong trot, and lopes smoothly. I have taken him out with big horses on trail rides, and he keeps up with them with ease. I have ponied my younger siblings on him, and they love walking him around during his cool down.
